How do I place an order?
Shopping with PascnFem™ is designed to be simple and convenient. Browse our collection of lighting products and home illumination essentials, choose the items you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed through checkout to complete your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order has been placed successfully, an automatic confirmation email will be sent with your order details and purchase summary.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. The tracking number provided can be used to follow your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many orders begin processing shortly after checkout, we encourage customers to contact our support team as quickly as possible if a modification or cancellation is needed. While we always try to assist whenever possible, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing is already underway.
